The Study of One is the Study of YOU!

You can also try an elimination diet that takes you off all sugar, grains, processed foods and oils, legumes, and dairy for 14 to 30 days.  After removing these types of foods from your diet for a period of time, you will gradually reintroduce them to see how your body reacts.

Reactions to inflammatory foods include but are not limited to stomach bloating (instantly or within 15-40 minutes), swelling in your legs. feet and hands, puffiness in your face, achy joints, pain on your left side near your kidney's or gallbladder, heart pounding, itching, fatigue, and even emotional swings.

Foods that cause inflammation

Why is this important?
